Akari Hasegawa (born 1996) is a Japanese culinary professional and registered dietitian from Saitama Prefecture. She began working as a child performer at the age of ten and appeared on television programs including NHK’s "Tensai Terebi-kun MAX." After leaving the entertainment industry, she studied nutrition at junior college and university and qualified as a registered dietitian. Since 2022, she has developed and shared home-cooking recipes through social media, magazines, and television, focusing on meals that are manageable on busy days while remaining nourishing and satisfying. Her representative book, "Tsukuritaku Naru Hibi Recipe," presents sixty dishes designed to occupy a practical middle ground between time-saving food and elaborate cooking. Using familiar ingredients and realistic preparation methods, the collection emphasizes both the finished meal and the sense of accomplishment that comes from preparing it.
