エリザベス・コルバート（Elizabeth Kolbert、1961年生まれ）は、アメリカのジャーナリスト、作家。イェール大学卒業。The New York Times の記者を経て、The New Yorker のスタッフライターとして気候変動、生物多様性、地球環境をテーマに精力的な取材と執筆を続けている。科学的知見と現地取材を融合させた環境ノンフィクションで国際的に高く評価され、2014年刊行の『The Sixth Extinction: An Unnatural History』で2015年のピューリッツァー賞 一般ノンフィクション部門を受賞した。近年は人類による環境改変とその影響を論じた『Under a White Sky』でも大きな反響を呼んでいる。著書に『Field Notes from a Catastrophe』『The Sixth Extinction』『Under a White Sky』などがある。
Elizabeth Kolbert (born 1961) is an American journalist and author. A graduate of Yale University, she worked as a reporter for The New York Times before joining The New Yorker as a staff writer.
