Amy C. Edmondson（エイミー・C・エドモンドソン、1959年生まれ）は、アメリカの経営学者。Harvard Business Schoolノバルティス記念リーダーシップ・マネジメント教授。組織行動論、リーダーシップ、チームワーク、組織学習を専門とし、「心理的安全性（psychological safety）」の概念を組織マネジメントに広く普及させた研究者として世界的に知られている。企業や医療機関など多様な組織を対象とした実証研究を通じて、学習する組織やイノベーションを促進するマネジメントのあり方を探究してきた。理論と実務を結びつけた研究と著作は世界中の経営者や研究者に大きな影響を与え、現代の組織論を代表する学者の一人として高く評価されている。
Amy C. Edmondson (born 1959) is an American management scholar. She is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School. Her research focuses on organizational behavior, leadership, teamwork, and organizational learning, and she is internationally recognized for developing and popularizing the concept of psychological safety in the workplace.
