Arbinger Institute（アービンジャー・インスティテュート）は、アメリカの組織開発・リーダーシップ開発機関。1979年に設立され、ユタ州に本部を置く。心理学、組織行動学、哲学の知見を基盤に、人間関係や組織における対立、リーダーシップ、組織文化の改善をテーマとした研修、コンサルティング、研究活動を世界各国で展開している。「人は問題を相手ではなく『対象物』として見ることで対立を生み出す」という「Outward Mindset（外向きのマインドセット）」の考え方を提唱し、多くの企業や政府機関、教育機関で採用されている。代表作『自分の小さな「箱」から脱出する方法』（原題：Leadership and Self-Deception）は世界的なベストセラーとなり、その後も『箱から出る』（原題：The Anatomy of Peace）、『外向き思考』（原題：The Outward Mindset）などを通じて、その理念を広く紹介している。
