アンドレ・デビュース三世は、アメリカの小説家。『砂と霧の家』（House of Sand and Fog）では、一軒の家の所有権をめぐって対立する女性とイラン出身の男性を描き、1999年の全米図書賞最終候補となった。同作は映画化もされている。小説のほか、自身の生い立ちや父との関係をつづった回想録『Townie』（未邦訳）も発表している。
Andre Dubus III is an American novelist. His novel “House of Sand and Fog” (『砂と霧の家』), about a dispute over a house between a woman and an Iranian immigrant, was a finalist for the 1999 National Book Award and was adapted into a film. He has also written “Townie,” a memoir about his upbringing and his relationship with his father.
