アリソン・ベクダル（Alison Bechdel、1960–）は、アメリカの漫画家、グラフィック・メモワール作家。家族、ジェンダー、セクシュアリティ、自己認識を鋭い観察力とユーモアを交えて描き、グラフィック・ノベルを文学表現として発展させた代表的な作家の一人である。また、映画や演劇における女性の描かれ方を測る指標として広く知られる「ベクダル・テスト」の名前の由来としても知られる。代表作『ファン・ホーム ある家族の悲喜劇』では、父親との複雑な関係や自身の成長を文学作品への豊富な言及を織り交ぜながら描き、全米批評家協会賞を受賞した。同作はミュージカル化され、トニー賞最優秀ミュージカル賞も受賞している。

Alison Bechdel (born 1960) is an American cartoonist and graphic memoirist whose work explores family, gender, sexuality, identity, and memory with remarkable wit and psychological depth. She is widely recognized as a pioneering figure in graphic literature and as the originator of the influential "Bechdel Test," a benchmark for evaluating the representation of women in film and other media. Her best-known work, *Fun Home: A Family Tragicomic*, recounts her relationship with her father and her own coming of age through a richly layered blend of memoir and literary criticism. The book won the National Book Critics Circle Award and was later adapted into the Tony Award–winning musical *Fun Home*.
