アラン・グリーンスパン(Alan Greenspan、1926年生まれ)は、アメリカの経済学者。1987年から2006年まで米国の中央銀行にあたる Federal Reserve System(FRB)の議長を務め、世界経済に大きな影響を与えた。長期にわたり米国の金融政策を主導し、「世界で最も影響力のある中央銀行総裁」とも評された。インフレ抑制と景気安定を重視する政策で知られる一方、2008年の金融危機後には金融規制や市場観への評価をめぐって議論の対象ともなった。著書に『波乱の時代』『地図と領土』『資本主義の歴史』などがある。
