Adam Bruno Ulam（アダム・ブルーノ・ウラム、1922–2000）は、ポーランド生まれのアメリカの政治学者、歴史学者。第二次世界大戦中にアメリカへ移住し、ハーバード大学で博士号を取得。同大学教授として長年にわたりソ連政治、ロシア革命、冷戦、共産主義を研究し、アメリカを代表するソ連・東欧研究者の一人として国際的に高く評価された。ソ連体制を歴史的・政治的観点から分析した研究で知られ、冷戦期の政策形成にも大きな影響を与えた。著書に『The Bolsheviks』『Stalin: The Man and His Era』『Expansion and Coexistence: Soviet Foreign Policy, 1917–1973』『The Rivals: America and Russia Since World War II』などがある。
