阿部 正浩（ABE Masahiro）- 経済学者、労働経済学専門家、中央大学教授

阿部 正浩（あべ まさひろ、1966年–）は、日本の経済学者。福島県生まれ。中央大学経済学部教授。博士（商学、慶應義塾大学）。専門は労働経済学で、雇用や賃金、転職、女性・高齢者の就業などをデータに基づいて研究している。電力中央研究所、一橋大学、獨協大学を経て、2013年から中央大学教授。『日本経済の環境変化と労働市場』で日経・経済図書文化賞と労働関係図書優秀賞を受賞した。一般向けの著書『仕事とリスクの経済学 キャリア形成の理想と現実』では、就職、転職、出産、引退といった人生の節目が職業キャリアに与える影響を分析する。個人の努力や能力に加え、産業構造や就職時の景気、偶然が働き方をどう左右するのかを明らかにしている。

Masahiro Abe (born 1966) is a Japanese economist and professor in Chuo University’s Faculty of Economics. Born in Fukushima Prefecture, he holds a doctorate in commerce from Keio University and specializes in labor economics, studying employment, wages, job mobility, and the working lives of women and older people. He joined Chuo University in 2013 after holding positions at the Central Research Institute of Electric Power Industry, Hitotsubashi University, and Dokkyo University. His book “Nihon Keizai no Kankyo Henka to Rodo Shijo,” on economic change and Japan’s labor market, received the Nikkei Prize for Excellent Books in Economic Science and the Award for Excellence in Labor-Related Books. In “Shigoto to Risuku no Keizaigaku: Kyaria Keisei no Riso to Genjitsu,” he examines how employment transitions, childbirth, and retirement shape careers. Drawing on empirical evidence, it explores how economic conditions, industrial change, and chance influence working lives alongside individual effort and ability.
